Are Chew Pouches Just As Bad As Tobacco Cancer Of The Mouth From Chewing Tobacco?

Cancer of the mouth from chewing tobacco? - are chew pouches just as bad as tobacco

What are the symptoms of cancer chewing tobacco?

I'm 23 and I've been chewing since he 16th It's getting worse. I chewed bags, and I was 2 to 4 every time I chew. I noticed that my gums are increasingly black and I make up my gums. I also have very bad air and the inside of my lip is still raw. I have no wounds or anything. Could be the beginning of gingivitis?

I have tried to quit several times. I tried Chantix for a few years and stopped about 6 months. Of course again. Chantix, I tried again a few months earlier, but I continue to chew at least once per day. My brother says it is a model, we have to break. When I chew in my car and on. I stopped for a coffee in the morning, and I bought a new field. Every morning before class, I have to chew. Even if I do the work, I become a chew. Even when I'm at work, I can not even think of a chew until I am about to pick-to-bACK in my car.

How can I stop? I really want and especially what I need. I am so young, and I have a long life ahead of me.
