It seems that in 1967 the last year for silver coins. There are a few pennies from 1968, that silver and nickel. The silver, 800 silver, 200 copper (Dime - $). I think that in Canada in 1968, a shortage of cents to 70 million in cash, 87 million in nickel coined by the Mint in Ottawa and made 85 million hits to the Philadelphia Mint here in the States. The Dime House of Ottawa has a V-shaped groove and the Philadelphia Mint has a flat bottom groove
